The phenomenon in which the protrusions in the paint film are distributed in the form of particles on the whole or part of the surface of Hassan. Those caused by foreign matter mixed into the paint, paint deterioration or overspray are called paint particles; the raised foreign matter caused by aluminum powder in the metallic flash paint on the painted surface is called metal particles; Dust or foreign matter adhering to the film is called dust.

Reason:

(1) The air cleaning of the coating environment is poor. There is dust in the transfer paint room, spray room, drying room and drying room.

(2) The surface of the coated object is not clean.

(3) Work clothes, gloves and cleaning materials for construction operators before painting to remove fibers.

(4) The paint that is easy to precipitate is not fully stirred or filtered.

(5) The temperature of the spray booth is too high or the solvent evaporates too quickly.

(6) Too much spray (dry spray), and the viscosity of the paint is too high.

(7) The pump used in the paint conveying system is not suitable, and the paint supply pressure is too high.

Prevention:

(1) The air supply and dust removal of the paint transfer room, spray room, drying room and drying room should be sufficient to ensure a clean coating environment.

(2) The surface to be coated should be clean, such as cleaning with a dust cloth or blowing off the electrostatically adsorbed dust on the surface to be coated with ionized air.

(3) Operators should wear work clothes and gloves that do not lose fiber.

(4) A filter should be installed on the paint supply pipeline.

(5) Adjust the temperature of the spray booth and increase the boiling point of the solvent.

(6) Pay attention to the spraying sequence from top to bottom, from inside to outside, pay attention to the wind speed of the spray booth, and adjust the paint viscosity.

(7) It is recommended to use a plunger pump to adjust the paint delivery pressure.
